VANTAMANAGEMENT
Privacy and security

Your account remains yours.

VANTA discusses ownership, access and confidentiality before work begins. This page describes principles; engagement-specific arrangements are confirmed privately.

Ownership and access

Creators retain ownership of accounts and content. Only the access needed for agreed work should be granted, with two-factor authentication and team permissions considered where available.

Confidentiality

Creator identities, personal information, credentials and commercial plans should be handled discreetly and shared only with people who need them for the agreed scope.

Approval and control

Creators remain the approval point for identity-sensitive, personal or consent-dependent decisions. No unauthorised content usage or fabricated engagement.

Offboarding

When work ends, access should be removed, credentials changed where appropriate and agreed data deleted or returned subject to the applicable privacy policy and legal requirements.

If a security incident is suspected, contact VANTA promptly through the agreed channel so the account and permissions can be reviewed.
